Former chief nurse executive with 20 years of deep expertise in shared governance, building cultures of innovation and improving the patient experience.

Gregory has over 25 years of private equity investment and business development experience.  He has served on 20 boards of directors: 17 private and 3 publicly traded companies.

 

He currently serves on the Columbia University Department of Ophthalmology Board of Advisors.

 

Gregory is involved in a broad range of fields including medical technology, pharma and tech fields. He has provided guidance on issues associated with fund raising, business strategy, corporate expansion, corporate combinations and organizational development.

 

He has been involved with 7 IPOs and 5 mergers. He has helped to introduce over 100 new company/pharma product/drug delivery candidates to off-shore clients.

 

Mr. Zaic has managed 7 venture capital funds totaling over $150 million as a general partner. During his career, he has led portfolio company investments from seed stage to Initial Public Offering.

 

During his investment career, more than 90% of his realized portfolio company investments have achieved an IPO or a successful merger. His investment track record (1986-present) is an IRR of 31% per year.
